Angie Alonso-Cone currently serves as the Director of the Procurement Technical Assistance Center at IHCC.

Angie was born in Bogota, Colombia. Since she was a little girl, she has dreamt of exploring the world and experiencing new cultures. She earned a degree in Education and Social Studies from Universidad Distrital in Bogota.

Angie has had extensive experience working in nonprofit organizations in the United States and Colombia, where she has served indigenous and immigrant communities as a bilingual social worker and teacher.

Angie Comes from the Chicago Minority Supplier Development Council as a Certification Specialist, she is now eager and ready to take on the PTAC Program with the Illinois Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.
