Wintrust Bank are opening up 8 PPP Resource Centers for Chicago smaller businesses who have been hardest hit by the current pandemic.
The locations of the 8 branches are:
BEV – Main Branch – 10258 W. Western Ave
Town – Milwaukee – 140 S. 1st St.
BBT – Hanover Park – 6800 Barrington Rd.
LFBT – Waukegan – 2634 Grand Ave.
WB – Pilsen – 1800 Blue Island Ave
OPT – Markham – 3120 W. 159th Street
HBT – Maywood – 1111 Madison
SCBT – Elgin – 50 Tyler Creek Plaza
The centers will be open Monday thru Friday with the following hours:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday – 9am to 11am (first day of opening will be Friday, January 22nd)
Wednesday – 3pm to 6pm
All of these centers will be manned by one Wintrust employee who is well versed in PPP loans, and who will be there to help the borrower with portal, scanning and uploading documentation, along with finding answers, to their questions, on different SBA and Treasury websites.
All 21 volunteers have been trained and have the materials they need. We have set up 2 computers for each branch listed above and provided us with training material and a hotline of any technical questions.
Wintrust Marketing team is working thru the approval process, for an additional webpage, that will be geared towards these businesses, who may not have access to a computer, software or a way to scan documentation.
