Janet became the director for the largest festival in the Midwest, Fiesta del Sol, and then transitioned into the advertising agency world, opportunity that took her to pursue a position as Hispanic Marketing Manager for Staples in Framingham, MA., Upon her return to Chicago, she became the marketing director for a Hispanic cheese brand, joined another advertising firm as the director of public relations, and opened her own agency, La Agency WHO?

Accustomed to yielding efficiency, Janet’s impact in marketing, promotions and public relations to accounts like Gift of Hope, Disney on Ice, Jewel-Osco, Chicago White Sox, Chicago Bears, and the Department of Tourism of Mexico only to name a few, have earned her a few recognitions from the San Diego Chamber of Commerce, PRNews Awards, Platinum PR Awards amongst others.
