Your Business can create an impact on a College student’s future career: Host a WITI Summer Intern
Would you like to be a part of this unique opportunity? Would you like to host a college intern, and help them gain professional experience in the transportation industry?
This 2021 summer, we are looking to place an intern(s) with a company/organization who could use the support.

USDOT’s Woman and Girls in Transportation Initiative (WITI) program aims to place young women around the country in internships with different companies, organizations, and transportation agencies every year.
Interns are given the opportunity to gain real world experience in the fields that interest them while working with transportation executives, engineers, and project managers; performing meaningful work for an experience that can hopefully open their eyes to all that transportation has to offer.
Via the WITI program, we are able to assist with the intern’s stipend. All we ask is that the internship be meaningful, giving them real life experience to increase their awareness and interest in the transportation industry. Internship to be 6-8 weeks (flexible on company’s and the intern’s time
