Loly Toledo

Loly is the Administrative Assistant for the SBDC Program and she is the voice clients hear when they call the IHCC. She helps coordinate different agendas, and generates meetings for different programs.

Born and raised in Quito Ecuador, Loly is a system engineer graduate from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Ecuador. Since she started at IHCC as the first virtual assistant in 2020, she has helped the team with all their administrative needs, she coordinates agendas, generates reports, registers clients in different platforms, takes meeting notes, generates documents, and much more.

For over 8 years she worked as a Consultant for the United Nations, and for the Ecuadorian Government. Now a days her biggest interest is to support IHCC’s team and help small business thrive through these challenging times.

In her spare time enjoys singing, karaoke, traveling and loves to spend time with her familly.”
