Judy Aguilar

Judy Aguilar is the Executive Assistant at the Illinois Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. In her role, she supports our President & CEO, Jaime di Paulo. With her extensive administrative experience and passion for helping others achieve their goals, she could anticipate the needs of executives and proactively provide support.

As a quality-focused professional with more than 10 years of corporate experience, Judy has developed a deep understanding of fast-paced environments. She thrives in high-pressure environments and excels at managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Before joining IHCC, she
was a board member of the Hispanic Employee Resource Group called Adelante at her previous employer.

Judy received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California State University San Marcos. She had the opportunity to Study Abroad in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Judy was the president of her Sorority, Alpha Pi Sigma, a multicultural Latina-based sorority created to unite and support Latina women.

Judy’s hobbies include hiking, exploring new coffee shops, attending community events, and going on road trips with her husband. She is also a dog mom to a golden retriever puppy named Nala.
