Illinois Hispanic Chamber of Commerce

The Illinois Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (IHCC) is the principal voice for the more than 45,000 Hispanic owned businesses in the State of Illinois. IHCC promotes the growth and success of Hispanic firms and serves as a strong advocate for business issues.

IHCC is committed is to connecting businesses with opportunities and has been recognized as a leader in helping match corporations with qualified and capable Hispanic firms to meet supplier diversity goals. With more than 1,400 paid members, IHCC is one of the largest Hispanic business groups in the country and a leading small business service provider in Illinois.

The Illinois Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (IHCC) is one of the most successful membership business organizations in the country. Originally incorporated in 1990 as the Mexican-American Chamber of Commerce, IHCC’s mission is to provide resources and advocate on issues that affect the Hispanic business community.

Mr. Mark Morales President/CEO of CEEI, was created six years ago; Mark has over twenty-five years of construction experience. CEEI is certified as MBE/DBE with the City of Chicago, Illinois and the City of Indianapolis, Indiana and Wisconsin. CEEI currently holds a contractors license with the City of Chicago, the Village of Orland Park, and the City of Gary Indiana. CEEI, has chosen to sent itself
apart from others by concentrating on construction safety by being a registered OHSA Outreach Trainer for the 10 and 30 hr certification.

CEEI is a Hispanic owned and operated Electrical Contracting Company. Our electricians are highly trained and serve a 5-year apprenticeship from  (IBEW) Local #134.
